Wayne Davis – High Risk Consultant
I am Wayne Davis, a former military professional with extensive experience working in some of the world’s most dangerous and unstable regions.
Throughout my career, I’ve served as a team leader, operator, medic, and adviser in hostile environments, where quick thinking, resilience, and strict adherence to protocols were essential for survival and success.
These experiences have equipped me with invaluable expertise in crisis management, security, and risk mitigation.
Having worked with a diverse range of clients—including government agencies, NGOs, oil and gas companies, media outlets, and high-value clients—I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to navigate complex, high-risk situations.
Whether it’s coordinating emergency evacuations, providing security assessments, or managing on-the-ground operations in volatile regions, I’ve always been committed to delivering practical, effective solutions that prioritize safety and security.
In addition to my fieldwork, I’m passionate about helping others learn from my experiences.
Through my consultancy, I offer one-on-one mentorship, tailored risk management strategies, and specialized courses for individuals and organizations looking to enhance their understanding of security and crisis management in challenging environments.

What Makes Me Proud
Pride is a quiet thing.
It isn’t loud or in-your-face, and it certainly isn’t about boasting or seeking validation.
It’s a quiet sense of fulfillment that comes from knowing you’ve done something meaningful.
I’m not one for claiming greatness, but when I think about what makes me proud, it’s the difference I’ve been able to make, however small, in the lives of others.
What makes me proud is the work I do every day. It’s not about being in the spotlight, but sometimes pride comes from being behind the people I support, especially in highly hostile areas, and knowing that I am keeping them safe.
It’s the thought that the services and guidance I offer on this site can help people navigate the complexities of risk management, security, and personal challenges.
Whether it’s a piece of advice that helps someone feel safer or a mentorship session that gives them the tools they need to face difficult situations, that’s where my pride lies.
It’s the quiet satisfaction of knowing that my work might have a lasting, positive effect—no matter how behind-the-scenes it is—that really fills me with pride.
I’m proud because I’ve had the chance to share my knowledge with others.
I’m not here to be a hero, but to offer practical wisdom and support to people who need it.
The military experiences I’ve lived through, the lessons learned in the field, are now being passed on in a way that can actually help someone else in their own path.
If I can help someone make better decisions, stay safer, or even just see things from a different perspective, then I know I’m doing something worthwhile.
The real pride comes from seeing the people I’ve worked with grow. It’s not always instant or obvious, but knowing that I’ve played a part in someone else’s development or helped them see their own potential is deeply fulfilling.
It’s not about being flashy—it’s about making an honest, steady impact.
I also feel proud of the transparency and honesty I bring to my work. In a world full of quick fixes and empty promises, I’m committed to offering genuine, reliable advice that helps people prepare for and navigate the risks in their lives.
I do my best to be honest and real with everyone I work with.
If that helps even one person make better choices or feel more confident in their decisions, that’s something I can be proud of.
In the end, it’s not the big, dramatic moments that make me proud—it’s the small, consistent things that add up.
The quiet work behind the scenes, the steady guidance, and the real connections I make with people.
That’s what I’m truly proud of.
